Your adjuster will discuss all coverages directly with you. It has been our experience, the origin or the source is not considered in the damage settlement, such as the dishwasher, the sink, toilet supply line, the water heater, the garbage disposal or a line in the wall. Our experiences have been, your insurance generally pays for the resulting water damages sustained from a sudden and accidental discharge of water.

This is damage specific, also dependent on your claims adjuster efficiency, finishes (flooring, cabinets, countertops) availability, however we can have most damages repaired with a few days to a few weeks. Once we start on our project, we do not need to leave to start another project until yours is completed!
