Trent Blehm

President & Founder

Mr. Blehm is the Founder & President of The Allay Group and is very active in the day to day operations of the business. He has been in the insurance and disaster businesses collectively since 1998. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Blehm has served in multiple positions such as a high-risk insurance broker, commercial account executive, claim reviewer, field staff adjuster, water restoration technician, senior estimator and senior project manager.

Mr. Blehm holds multiple certifications from IICRC and is an award-winning claims adjuster for handling large losses, and accuracy & consistency. He also maintains Independent Adjuster licenses in both Idaho and Oregon.

Erin Eccles

Director of Operations

Erin Eccles serves as Director of Operations at Allay Group, bringing more than 12 years of experience in residential and commercial water, fire, and contents restoration. With extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to operational excellence, Erin helps lead our teams in delivering high-quality restoration services while ensuring clients receive exceptional care throughout the recovery process.

Erin holds the prestigious IICRC Master Fire & Smoke Restorer and IICRC Master Textile Cleaner designations. She has also earned numerous additional certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Trauma & Crime Scene Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Microbial Remediation, Odor Control, Carpet Repair & Installation, Contents Processing, Color Repair, Journeyman Water Restorer, OSHA 10, and Health & Safety. She also brings seven years of experience in Xactimate estimating, allowing her to effectively manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion.

What Erin enjoys most about her role is finding practical solutions to complex challenges and helping homeowners and business owners navigate the stress and uncertainty that follows a property loss. She is passionate about providing guidance, building trust, and helping clients regain peace of mind during difficult times. Outside of work, Erin enjoys camping and spending quality time with her adult children.

Jay Carey

Senior Estimator

Mr. Carey brings 30+ years of extensive industry experience. Mr. Carey most enjoys helping and working with homeowners and insurance companies during residential and commercial catastrophe loss situations. Mr. Carey provides quality true to life repair recommendations and cost repair estimates.

Mr. Carey is qualified in the areas of catastrophe loss repairs such as, fire, water, wind, microbial/mold, and more. He is trained in Xactimate, symbility/CoreLogic, Osha construction safety, lead paint safety, and IICRC smoke/fire damage restoration.
